beginnings, renewed

The bus was due in 23 minutes – an unbearably long wait on any other day, but today I had time to kill and was trying to avoid arriving too early anyway. I bought a can of oolong tea from the zichar stall behind the bustop, sat down and settled in. I watched dragonflies dart around against the backdrop of a mild blue evening sky, set to the hum of traffic from one street away. And I thought about writing a blog again.
